Troubleshooting
- No sound after importing audio to your phone? Try restarting your device — this often fixes playback issues.
- Unable to upload audio files through the browser? Try a different browser (for example, Chrome).
- Conversion failed or audio still won't play? Please send the original audio file to iosdev2012@163.com and include a short description of the problem and your device model.
In-App Purchases
Purchases do not add any additional transcription features. All core features of Transcriber are available for free.
Quick Tips
- For best transcription accuracy, speak clearly and minimize background noise.
- Use Wi-Fi when uploading large audio files to avoid mobile data interruptions.
- If you share an audio file with us for troubleshooting, please include the App version and the OS version (e.g., iOS 26.0).
